I felt very welcome. The staff are friendly and efficient. I liked how they accommodated my early arrival (it made my day!). The hotel features stylish interior design with interesting art throughout. The lounge areas offer comfortable seating near bright windows. I enjoyed watching people stroll past.

i found the breakfast service slow during peak hours. it sometimes took a while to receive my order, and the dining area felt crowded. this slightly impacted the start to my day.

the staff watched me drag my heavy suitcase up the front stairs. i expected some assistance with luggage considering the hotel's rating. i was also placed in a basement room facing some mechanics. every footstep above was clearly audible making sleep difficult the first night
