Izabela from the staff was amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, though we were asked to carry our own luggage to the room. The location was excellent, very near the city center and convenient for visits to the Etihad Stadium. The dining experience had a good variety, but some items were missing, leading us to eat elsewhere. The hotel had good facilities for the price paid.
