I was absolutely blown away by this hotel! The room was stunning, with a huge and incredibly comfortable bed, a lively bathroom, and great amenities like tea/coffee making facilities, good TV, and a safe. However, it was a bit pricey, but I can't complain because the room was so worth it! The hotel's location is spot on, close to various bars and restaurants. The staff, although mostly supportive, could be a bit more understanding of different guest expectations. The dining experience left a lot to be desired, especially considering the cost of the room. However, the facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel had lovely and spacious rooms with high ceilings, a nice bathroom, and modern decor. The bathroom was clean and well presented, featuring quality towels and L'Occitane toiletries. The mezzanine bedroom was a nice touch. However, the dining was a bit expensive, lacking variety in continental options.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the vibrant nightlife on Canal Street and within easy reach of the shopping center and cultural sites.
