Acceptable Stay. Room Issues

suitable locationcold roomoverhead light
The hotel's location was suitable. I could easily reach my intended destinations.
The room was oddly dark. It lacked an overhead light and sufficient wall lamps. The heating barely worked, leaving the room feeling cold. I really expected a warmer welcome, especially in a place charging these rates. It seemed like cost-cutting had been prioritized over guest comfort.
