the location was good, near the city center.
my room, the Standard Double Room, was not good. it was so small, the wardrobe door hit the bed. the night manager moved me twice because of a loose window that Kept banging because of the wind and I could not have a good night SLEEP. this caused MUCH disappointment.

the breakfast had healthy choices served by attentive staff it was excellent and very enjoyable. my room upgrade from standard to premium club included great mini bar facilities. the hotel's central location provided easy access to the city center and key attractions. i found the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out with friendly staff.

the hotel provided a discounted rate at the nearby ncp car park. the welcome from the reception was first rate, amy was great. leaving my bag behind reception after check-out gave me flexibility to explore a bit more.

My room didn't have a working usb port. the handyman spent two hours trying to fix it without success. It was just annoying to wait. the duvet was small, so i was quite cold.
