weak wi-ficrowded breakfast
The wi-fi signal was weak. it kept disconnecting! also, the room temperature was difficult to regulate. it was either too hot or too cold. There was no in-between. i found the breakfast area quite crowded during peak hours. there seemed to be a shortage of tables for everyone to sit comfortably!?!

I stayed for a conference and the organisation was very professional. the staff were friendly, and the whole event ran smoothly. the food was lovely, and my superior double room was fantastic. It had a fridge.

I loved the super comfy bed and good shower. the helpful staff really were really nice. the check-in process was quick and friendly, i really enjoyed it. breakfast was superb with a great selection. I would definitely stay again. what a treat!
i didn't find any information folder in the room! i expect more!
