the staff were really friendly and helpful! the location was good, very close to public transportation. breakfast had a great variety of options.
My room wasn't made up after the first night unfortunately. there was also no plug in the sink. That was inconvenient.

My room was smaller than expected, and the air conditioning was not working properly. It was quite warm, difficult to sleep well at night.

The staff was the highlight. Zsolt offered great restaurant recommendations and made reservations. Mona helped when I accidentally took the keys. She coordinated a plan for me to leave the keys. I really appreciated their really good service.

Staff members spoke perfect English, aiding clear communication. The team offered personalized welcome messages and shared helpful city information. Nothing seemed too much trouble. They were efficient and friendly.

The breakfast was first class. The variety was extensive. Pastries were available for afternoon tea. It was a nice touch. I appreciated the quality coffee from the Jura machine.

The hotel location provided easy access to public transport. The metro, trams, and buses were very close. I found the airport bus 100E less than 10 minutes walk away. It was quite convenient.
