The location was great, very close to everything.

The breakfast was not worth the price. The croissants tasted like they were from the day before, disappointing. Some of the cups and cutlery were also dirty. I had to search for clean ones (it was not a pleasant experience).

The hotel's location is central.. it provided easy access to various attractions. Staff members offered helpful advice about local sights. I also appreciated the umbrella provided for rainy days. The bed in my room was comfortable.

The hotel lacked a proper lobby, there were only a few chairs at the entrance. This limited the space to relax or wait. This missing amenity impacted the overall experience.

The personnel was helpful and polite. My room was a good size, and I appreciated that it was very warm, especially given the time of year. I loved the bed and found the cushions to be comfy. Access to all floors was available with a lift.

The room layout felt a bit weird, and it was rather dark at times.

The hotel is close to main squares and the railway station. Everything is in walking distance. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafés are in the area and it is a very nice walk, too. All major sights in the center are close and walkable.

The hotel provides a standard continental breakfast. I enjoyed the Indian pancakes and crepes. Cappuccino was also super. It complemented the food very well. I was satisfied with the available food and drinks.
