I found the staff cute and helpful, especially adam and ms rim. they were always ready to assist with a smile. i also really appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. It was super clean.
i noticed that the curtains in my room were a little too small , they did let in some light in the morning.

the front desk staff was always attentive and helpful , addressing any needs promptly. adam's recommendations for local breakfast spots and evening drinks were particularly valuable and much appreciated. the team were great.

my beautiful double room shower included a spacious layout and very good amenities for a comfortable stay. the shower provided a great water pressure, and the bed offered a peaceful sleep after a long day exploring. the room also remained quiet.

The location was decently near the metro and many buses. This made commuting very convenient. I appreciated the good service.
I found the bed quite hard. It was definitely not the most comfortable place to rest after a long day. I could also hear noise from the neighboring room very clearly. The shower was lukewarm, not what I needed after trekking around all day.

The location provided easy access to nearby areas.
The room I occupied had noticeable deficiencies. The bathroom design caused water to spread across the floor after showering, it made the space quite inconvenient. I observed the air conditioning unit did not adequately cool the room, a fact which resulted in a need to sleep with the window open and be exposed to external noises.
