I received a complimentary room upgrade to a fantastic suite. The room was clean and well-appointed. Parking was available underneath the building , a great plus.
The concierge did not acknowledge me during check-out and seemed a bit rude.

The shower curtain felt very old fashioned! The water was brown when I showered, I reported this to reception. The bathroom door opened into the toilet, so it banged off it.

the staff was NICE , Paolo checked me out. HE was very friendly. I got a free drink voucher on arrival , WHICH was a NICE touch.
there WAS no information about the 50 e deposit on the hotel website. NO iron was in the room. I thought the standard was average compared to the photos online.

i stayed one night and the facilities were good. i got a room with a walk in shower. the location worked well because i was attending a function nearby.
the bar food was not good. i was unable to eat most of it because the burger was greasy and the relish on the panani tasted like ketchup.
