cardio machines helpful staff
the gym had many weights and cardio machines. princess was helpful each time i used the gym.. the pool area was well-kept and offered food and drink service.
the check-in process was somewhat SLOW.

Wonderful Hotel Stay
smooth check-in fast elevators multiple restaurants clean fitness center
Check-in went smoothly. The staff assisted with bags quickly. The room had two bottles of water. There were also coffee and tea facilities available. I appreciated the fast elevators, they made moving around simple. The hotel featured multiple restaurants offering various cuisines. I visited the fitness center, it had several cardio machines. I also saw weightlifting equipment, all were clean.
The pool was somewhat crowded during peak hours.

The room included a king-size bed with premium bedding. I also saw a separate living area with comfortable seating. The bathroom featured a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, all very clean.

The hotel includes a large outdoor pool with many lounge chairs. There are also shaded areas near the pool. The business center offers computers and printing services. I noted that there were several meeting rooms available for use.
Service
10/10
Housekeeping visited twice daily and kept the room very tidy. The restaurant staff were attentive, they responded to all requests. I felt very welcomed.
