excellent stay near the station
usb charging points good selection fine garden business meetings
the staff was helpful. the room was clean and spacious. i appreciated the usb charging points. the beverage area had a good selection. the garden looked fine. it seemed perfect. i saw business meetings take place. everything was managed well.
the carpet on the stairs looked a little worn out. i think it needs a refresh. also the entrance smelled a bit like a pub.

carly, amber, and emma worked seamlessly. their teamwork created a warm, cute environment. they were always ready to help. the hotel operated efficiently because of them.

underground station good breakfast
the location is great since it is close to the underground station. breakfast was also very good, they had a lot of options to choose from. special thanks to the staff from reception, she was very nice. the room was very quiet throughout the night.

accommodating staff comfortable beds complimentary tea
I found the staff to be very accommodating. The whiskey galore room was nice. The beds are comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee are available.
Our suite looked dated. The carpet was dull. The rubber seal on the shower was hanging. Access to the mirror for using the hairdryer was difficult.

Breakfast included a selection. I consider those choices tasty and plentiful. The hotel bar had an excellent selection, along with a large beer garden.

The hotel benefits from transport connections. These provide easy access to the airport and central parts of the city. I believe the location is very convenient.

a lovely memory in ealing
good breakfast underground station rear parking
breakfasts were very good, the best i ever tasted and evening meals matched this quality. i also appreciate the hotel closeness to west ealing underground station. they also had available parking at the rear even when the hotel get full.

the hotel serves a full english breakfast that is included. the dining area has natural light from large windows. breakfast includes hot foods, cereal, bread, fruit, pastries, tea, coffee, and juices.

the hotel features a large garden seated area, nice in warm weather. parking is available but limited to around 30 cars. the building retains historic charm, i think a lot of locals visited the bar and restaurant.

the room had complimentary bottled water and milk. the rooms are decorated in a shabby chic style. it was clean, and the beds was comfortable with fresh linens. the room size was adequate.
