helpful staff convenient location
I found the staff very helpful. The hotel also has a convenient location close to many attractions. I greatly appreciated the proximity to public transport. My stay was comfortable overall.

attentive staff room upgrade nice stay
The hotel staff was attentive. I was celebrating my anniversary and they upgraded my room to a suite. The team surprised me with flowers and champagne. These details. I also enjoyed the champagne afternoon tea. The waiter was very attentive and informative.
