mixed feelings about the room and some services

the room i booked was smaller than expected it was not as comfortable as i had hoped. the minibar prices were surprisingly high i felt they did not match the quality or convenience. also i encountered difficulties reaching the front desk they took a long time to answer the phone. these issues detracted from the overall stay and should be addressed.

i found the location very convenient, providing easy access to the tube and nearby attractions. the room offered necessary amenities, including bathrobes, i consider this a nice touch. the staff delivered warm, cute service and showed attention to detail. the concierge provided helpful local recommendations.

the location offered easy access to public transport , a definite advantage. the staff presented friendly service at breakfast. i found the breakfast itself to be quite excellent.
the room i occupied was disappointingly small , i must say. the air conditioning unit proved very loud , disrupting sleep. on one occasion , noisy guests on our floor disturbed the peace for hours.

I must admit, finding only one electrical outlet in the entire room felt REALLY inconvenient. Charging my devices became a logistical nightmare. The absence of readily available USB ports was also a bit of a head-scratcher for a modern hotel. the minibar was EMPTY... a rather sad sight.
