Positive Experience Near the Zoo
convenient location helpful staff swimming pool
The location of this hotel is very convenient. It sits close to the woodland. I found the staff to be very helpful. The swimming pool was also a very good amenity.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i liked the large room with a woodland view. the hotel has a convenient location for local attractions (i visited the nearby zoo).
the shower had low water pressure, so rinsing off soap took a little longer.

the hotel is set in a natural environment. the setting gives it a lodge-like atmosphere (it reminded me of a safari). the grounds seem well-kept.

decent stay with a couple hiccups
heated pool great breakfast expensive food warm room
the pool was a real winner (i even managed a few laps!). breakfast was also pretty good. its location near that zoo makes it super convenient.
my room was too warm and i couldn't open the windows overnight (only a sliding door, actually). the food prices felt a little steep. a simple fish and chips cost a fair bit.
