I requested a bath a week prior to arrival but this was NOT honored. The standard rooms are small and get VERY warm. The taxi fare quoted was incorrect. I was charged more.

the reception staff was helpful. veit in particular showed me many places i might want to visit. he suggested shopping locations and cafes. the u4 metro is also close to the hotel providing easy transportation.

the hotel lacked some facilities i expected from a four-star accommodation.
