The spacious rooms had excellent blackout curtains. Amazing gym and spa facilities exists. I found friendly staff close to all attractions. The hotel provided an courteous service.

The check-in process was not very streamlined. It took longer than I would expect for a hotel. I wish they could address this to provide a smoother arrival experience.

the room felt small. i have stayed in bigger rooms, and i expected a bit more space to move around. the bathroom was particularly tiny and it had little counter space for my toiletries. i also noticed some noise coming from outside early in the morning, and it did disturb my sleep a little. i wish the windows had been better soundproofed.
