A balanced experience
relaxing pool comfortable seating unprioritized room small bathroom
The pool and spa area were very relaxing. I enjoyed the steam room and sauna, both well-kept. Breakfast offered a good selection, with comfortable seating arrangements.
I had some issues during check-in. The staff did not prioritize the room even though I arrived before the official check-in time. The bathroom was too small and lacked a proper shower, with only a bathtub.

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Hotel
spacious room amazing gym
The spacious rooms had excellent blackout curtains. Amazing gym and spa facilities exists. I found friendly staff close to all attractions. The hotel provided an courteous service.
The check-in process was not very streamlined. It took longer than I would expect for a hotel. I wish they could address this to provide a smoother arrival experience.

The location made it easy to walk all over the city. I used the Airlink bus from the airport. Departing happened just blocks from the hotel after arrival. It was convenient.

a romantic getaway
lovely decor comfortable room friendly staff
i found the decor lovely and the room very comfortable. the staff were so friendly and helpful, they always remembered my name! the breakfast buffet offered an amazing selection, and everything tasted fresh. it was a nice experience, like a dream.
the layout to access the guest rooms felt a little chaotic when the hotel was busy, but it wasn't a major issue.

the hotel has a central location. i walked everywhere because the hotel is near to many points of interest! car rental is not necessary due to the proximity to sites.

i really wanted a bath. but, my room had only a small shower? the water pressure was also a bit weak. it felt a tad inconvenient after a long day of traipsing around.

tiny bathroom early morning noise
the room felt small. i have stayed in bigger rooms, and i expected a bit more space to move around. the bathroom was particularly tiny and it had little counter space for my toiletries. i also noticed some noise coming from outside early in the morning, and it did disturb my sleep a little. i wish the windows had been better soundproofed.
