central stay
excellent location friendly staff
the location is excellent near the train station and city center. the rooms include a hairdryer coffee and tea facilities. all staff members are excellent especially reception and the bar staff i will definitely return in the future
the heating system was not working and the room became very cold for my two nights. the room had some dust and cobwebs across the ceiling. the bed board was dusty too

the room was a good size and very smart with everything necessary. the shower room features a non-steam mirror. housekeeping provided a friendly service upon arrival and departure. the beds provided super comfort

the hotel includes security i noticed when returning after my nights out and it. i was able to check in early and the room included all facilities needed for my short stay. the staff was helpful

The hotel has a good location. I could easily walk to various places. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stored my luggage after checkout.
The room was chilly. I was not able to switch the air-con to heat. There was also no extra duvet in the room. I found a few hairs on the sink when I arrived.

dusty windows deficient cleanliness
the location is central, providing convenient access to the city.
The cleanliness was below expectations on arrival. the windows were dusty from the middle to the top. the room was not cleaned nor were items replenished for three days. I had to request these each time. the front desk staff did provide excellent service though.

well stocked tea wood effect flooring full length mirror
i liked the tea and coffee that was well stocked. the wood effect flooring in my room was better than carpet. the large full length mirror in the entrance pleased my wife.
