Victorian Charm and Convenient Location
victorian features comfortable bed convenient location
The hotel preserves Victorian features. The garden is good too. I stayed in a room in the Lodge, a big room with a comfortable bed. It also had a balcony with a nice view. The hotel is near the train and bus station. This made it easily accessible.

Breakfast had many options. Everything tasted fresh each morning. I recommend the full English. Fresh baked croissants are also a great option.

My double room was spacious and clean. It had everything I expected, including toiletries and refreshments. The bed was large and comfortable too.

The hotel has beautiful gardens and outdoor space. Parking was ample. I was able to leave my car in the car park prior to check-in.

The room was well-equipped, offering ample space for my belongings with lots of cupboard. it was cleaned daily! the location was perfect with easy access to the seafront. It was just a short walk. the gardens were tranquil. I enjoyed the well-kept scenery.

The staff were friendly and helpful . The location of the hotel is quite convenient. My single room was spotlessly clean, a detail I certainly noted. Breakfast featured a good choice of items available from 7am in the large conservatory breakfast room.
I must say, the lighting in the gardens leading to the Louisa Lodge at night was not sufficient. I had to rely on my mobile phone's torch to navigate the path.

the location of this place is central (it's near the town center). the staff seemed helpful. i found parking easy, useful.
the room felt quite dated. i noticed some neglect in the gardens. the plumbing had an issue one night (water was unavailable).

The room was clean and tidy. The car park had plenty of space, a real convenience. I found the reception process smooth and well organized. The staff provided clear directions to my room.

The hotel has a fab location. IT is a couple minutes walk into the town centre. Plenty of space exists in the car park. I found a clean tidy room on the top floor of the Louisa Lodge. The shower was powerful and warm. I got fluffy towels.
The room could get VERY warm without air conditioning.

The staff gave a warm welcome and were friendly throughout my stay. They were available to address any concerns and provided helpful information about the hotel. The reception staff were efficient when i arrived.

Breakfast was available at an extra cost. I chose to eat at a local cafe. Several dining options exist within a short walking distance of the hotel, giving guests a choice.

The family room was perfect for two adults and two grandchildren. The room included tea and coffee making facilities. It was comfortable and functional, with basic amenities for a pleasant stay. Décor was slightly tired.

Free parking is available . The hotel is centrally located. I saw deer and her two fawns on the lawn when I looked out of the window. The hotel offers easy access to the town and seafront.
