great viewawesome roomnice surprise
the staff here are great! gilen greeted me warmly at reception. she gave me an awesome room. it had great city views. narayan took great care of me at breakfast. he answered questions. i really enjoy my stay here. a complimentary fruit plate was a nice surprise!
i would not want a family to deal with the overcrowding.

Chef jimshad prepared very delicious food. Mr john and his team provided service. the whole stay was good and the hotel was clean. i would always come back here whenever i am in the area.

I found the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the crispy dosas. The hotel's location near the city center made it easy to access restaurants and supermarkets. Taxis were readily available. The hotel also offered a 24/7 taxi service.
The wifi connection was unreliable and required frequent re-logging when moving between different areas of the hotel.

The front office staff was helpful. I appreciated the bell boy's assistance with luggage. The housekeeping staff ensured my room was cleaned daily without needing a reminder.

The head chef and restaurant staff provided excellent service. I found Mahalingam at the live counter especially friendly. He made excellent Uttapams and dosas per our requests. The room service was prompt.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i especially want to mention manali mahalingam. She assisted me with everything i needed (it.). the cleaning was also very good, and deneth was very polite and sincere about his work.
this was especially noticeable during peak hours.

my premium double or twin room was clean and well maintained. it included amenities like a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. ample space for luggage. the bed was comfortable, nice for restful sleep.

the hotel gym featured three treadmills and a selection of free weights. the pool area had about fifteen loungers and a lifeguard present during operating hours. i also noticed they have a dedicated kids' club.

the hotel breakfast included a variety of indian dishes. i found fresh fruit, cereals, and pastries also. the restaurant service was efficient, and the food was quite tasty (especially the pancakes!).
