the bed was two single beds pushed together this created an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement it kept splitting apart i expected better

the hotel's location is good since it is close to the train and bus stations.
the room was not cleaned . i had to request the cleaning and even after that, the room remained uncleaned. this was particularly frustrating.

arena access clean room breakfast variety
I really liked that the hotel was close to the arena! a short walk made attending events very easy. The room was also super clean. the breakfast buffet had a nice variety. Upgrading to a suite was worth the extra cost.
The hotel room had an electrical fault. The key card didn't work properly in the switch. this meant we couldn't use appliances or charge phones initially, so we had to call for maintenance.
