good location car parking great room perfect bathroom

the location are really good. it was easy getting to the city center from here. i also got a discount for their recommended car parking which i thinked was really helpful. my triple room are a great size. i must say the bathroom and facilities were perfect too.

the room are so dark. it dont suit me at all.

i loved the breakfast. it had many choices each morning and all tasted really good. the room was spacious and very clean too. staff members helped me and they were so friendly.

the fire alarm was going off all night. windows were not modern enough. it did not drown this out.

i appreciated the rooftop bar, it opens at 4 pm and guests receive a complimentary drinks voucher. the central location helped a lot to easily explore areas around (this was very helpful).

my room wasn't great because the windows were not sealed properly. people outside sounded like they were in the room with me.

The location was ideal near the main shopping areas. friendly staff were available throughout the hotel. The service was helpful. the hotel was well maintained. it was very clean throughout.

the room faced a back alley with frosted windows. this made the room quite dark! the room's layout felt awkward. there was nowhere near a mirror to plug in hair tools.
