fantastic location spacious room helpful staff shabby exterior cold bar dirty windows
The location is fantastic, very close to the docks. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful (they offered great service).
I noticed the exterior of the building looked rather shabby. The bar felt very cold. I did not find it inviting.

inadequate lighting tea restock
The car park is open air and a short walk to the hotel guests register and pay for vehicles at the reception.
The room lacked proper lighting only lamps were in the corners. There were no overhead lights this made it dark when trying to change with the curtains closed. The hotel did not replenish the tea coffee and bathroom sundries . This affected my overall impression of the service.

amazing central stay!
convenient parking shopping areas short walk short taxi
i loved that the docks, ferry station, and the beatles museum were so close! the statue of the fab four was easy to reach. i got discounted parking which was very convenient. a short taxi ride took me to shopping areas, and pubs were just a short walk away!
The tv remote was missing so i had to change channels manually. I wish they checked that before i arrived.
