underwhelming stay

slow queue unclear instructions

the reception service wasnt great. it took a very long time to check in. the lady looked very stressed and just wanted to get through everyone quickly. i could not find my room easily and the instructions i received werent very clear.

The room had a big television. It was 55 inches. Modern plug sockets were available near the wall with an hdmi port.

The pillows provided were very soft. They were not comfortable.

I found a warm cookie upon arrival. The room was very clean! The bathroom had fluffy towels and a hot shower. I appreciate that. There's a low parking rate for hotel guests too.

I did not use the restaurant. there are many shops and restaurants nearby! An IMAX cinema is very close, so dining and entertainment are easily accessible.

pleasant surprise at the stadium

efficient process friendly staff warm cookies nice touch

The check-in process was fast and efficient and the staff were very friendly. My upgraded room was a nice size. Warm cookies at check-in were a lovely welcome. The hotel texted me to check that all was well with my room, this was a very nice touch.

The fitness center seemed a little outdated for a hotel at a sports stadium.

The room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and large. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee were included, a fridge was also available.

Breakfast featured a good selection of fruits, ham, cheeses, pastries and cereal. A cooked breakfast was available with scrambled, fried and poached eggs. I did enjoy the breakfast with a nice view of the stadium.

The location is fab for events at the stadium and arena. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. It is easy to get to and from the M1. plenty of parking is available
