the location was certainly convenient.
the room was quite cold upon arrival and took a very long time to heat up. the electrics only worked when the key card was in the wall, so it was difficult to warm the room before we went out.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a superior double room (what a nice surprise!). The bar on the fifth floor has a balcony and provided great views of the racecourse. The hotel offers convenient parking on site.
The bathroom shower was a bit weak.

The reception team was warm and cute and explained all the hotel facilities well. Breakfast is served at the table with a large menu to choose from. Staff provided attentive and friendly service throughout our stay.

I found the staff very helpful upon my arrival. the room was quiet and clean, i liked the ample parking spaces. the bathroom featured full size toiletries. I found that very convenient.
i found the beds were far too soft for my liking. the sheets, so i didn't get much sleep.
