great stay
friendly staff excellent laundry
the staff were very friendly. the rooftop llama inn was pretty good. the laundry service was excellent and fast. angelica, amiyah, morgan and rianna were responsive to any of my queries and daily requests for more coffee packs and water.
the hotel has no gym. they have partnership with one down the road. you can pay for access at a discounted rate.

the hotel is close to tube transportation, which provides quick access to the center. there are many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area. it is perfect for exploring the lively neighborhood and nearby markets.

smooth stay
ideal location excellent staff pleasant surprise
I found the location great for seeing an area i did not know well. the reception staff were very good especially angelica and jonny. the staff were slow but they managed to get our two drink order correct. It was a pleasant surprise.
the lighting in the room was very poor! i appreciate that it is nice to have a certain 'ambience', but you need to be able to see. the room had little natural light.

the hotel is a couple of minutes from the tube station. bus stops are also very close by. the hotel is close to spitalfields, brick lane and bethnal green.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. the reception staff was professional and answered all questions. security personnel were also very professional. They did everything with a smile.

The hotel features a rooftop bar, and i loved it. the hotel provides secure luggage storage. That was very handy. there is a lounge area for meetings and other activities.

the rooms have been refurbished, so everything was new. the rooms are spacious and stylish. eco-friendly amenities are available, for example, milk is in a glass bottle.

breakfast is served a la carte, not buffet style, a positive. the hotel has two restaurants, one for breakfast and dinner. i found the rooftop bar pretty good.
