The room included complimentary toiletries. The gym had a Peloton bike, which I used. I found the swimming pool and infrared room good.
The service charge added to drinks ordered from a waiter bothered me. The hotel had only one small lift, SO waiting took a while. The room fridge did not get cold enough. My milk curdled.

comfortable bed sensor lights raw chicken cold eggs
the bed was comfortable, i slept well. the bathroom had sensor lights under the basin, this was helpful at night.
the food wasn't the best, the chicken was raw. breakfast was not good, and the fried eggs were cold.

efficient check-in spacious room quiet surroundings
The check-in process was efficient. The Beautiful Room was clean and spacious. I found the food and service at Brasserie 42 very good. Surroundings were indeed peaceful with river walks.
The gym music was slightly audible in my room one morning.

the breakfast buffet included a wide array of options! i also enjoyed that the spa area included a plunge pool and ladies only sauna. it was great..
i found moving about in the market kitchen difficult because of the lack of space. i also thought that the entertainment was not west end standard!

The bedroom had spacious layout, plus, the bathroom were really large. I prefered the Market Kitchen for dinner. The location by the river were great also.
Our Beautiful room had good views from window but it didn't have a dressing table. The thermostat dont seem to work properly. There were insufficient domestic staff here, a problems.
