Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was like stepping into the era of maharajas with grand and palatial rooms. Although our Lake Suite didn't offer a view of the lake as expected, the charming ambiance, daily towel artwork, and marigold decorations brought smiles to our faces. The rooms were clean, spacious, and exquisitely grand, making the stay quite memorable.
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel - the stunning room was a highlight, but the backside view was disappointing. The breakfast was good, but there were some hiccups. The service was a bit overpriced and inconsistent, which affected my overall stay.
The hotel is a perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway and honeymoon. The rooms, adorned with lots of flowers, were very beautiful.
The hotel location was a real highlight, with most tourist spots within walking distance. The rooms were average, including the king-size bed and bathroom furniture. The service was friendly and helpful, emphasizing personalized service. The dining experience was nice with a variety of cuisine, but the hotel restaurant was not recommended. The facilities were satisfactory but nothing exceptional.
Upon checking in, we found out one of our rooms had been mistakenly given to another guest, which was quite unprofessional. However, the beautifully appointed room we did get had a lovely view of the courtyard garden. It was worth the extra cost for such a nice room.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms, such as a damp smell and lack of light, but the service was courteous. The location was convenient despite some safety concerns. The dining experience was delicious with fresh fruit, and the facilities were up to the mark.
The hotel felt like a luxurious escape to Rajasthan with beautiful and spacious rooms, offering a complete experience. The service was professional but lacked the warmth we expected. It's conveniently located near the City Palace and Hindu temples, providing a great base for exploring. The dining options could be improved, but the facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the old town, with easy access to rooftop bars, street cafes, and shops. The room layout facing the lake was disappointing, but the overall experience was enhanced by the convenient base to explore the city. The dining options were below average, but the service and amenities added value to the stay.
The hotel is in a charming location with its unique appeal, although the distance to the lake somewhat diminishes its charm. The service is quite helpful, with staff who are accommodating and attentive, yet their behavior seems to change when the boss is present. The dining experience offers good options but could use more variety and improvement. The facilities are decent, providing what is needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel takes you back to the era of maharajas with palatial rooms that are beautifully decorated, although some maintenance is needed on the door latch. The service emphasizes personalized attention but falls short due to a rude and unapologetic staff member pretending to be a manager. The location is convenient for exploring Udaipur, although more attention to detail could enhance its beauty. The dining experience is below average in terms of quality, especially considering the price. Overall, the hotel offers a glimpse into luxury but lacks consistency in service quality.
