the location was definitely great, especially for its proximity to st james park. i found the staff professional. the power shower worked very well and the shower gel smelled nice.
room service was not great. All they did was empty bins and replace some towels. the room felt small, and the kitchen area needed a thorough cleaning. the windows didn't close properly, so the noise was very noticeable each night.

the staff was always available when i needed assistance. i appreciated the early check-in at noon, it allowed me to settle in sooner. my room faced the stadium, i liked watching the activity. it was a perfect location, it was not far from the train station and local shops.
