The hotel has a really central location near many attractions. the service was attentive, and the staff addressed my requests quickly. the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of items, from fresh fruit to pastries. It was satisfactory. i also found the room quite clean, with housekeeping doing a thorough job each day.

the hotel provides complimentary wi-fi throughout the building. there is also a business center with computers and printing services, available . the gym includes two treadmills, one elliptical machine and weight benches for a complete workout.

i found the staff very positive and helpful. they kindly let us finish breakfast past the scheduled time sometimes. the rooms were super clean and cozy (i liked the bed a lot).

the hotel location is great. it has easy access to public transportation like the tram. it is near many popular spots. the staff helped with directions.
the bathroom cleanliness was poor. i found hairs in the bed. the bed sheet had a stain, i notice it.
