Adequate stay in central area

The location was fantastic. I could easily walk to the center, Plaza de Europa, the beaches, and the nearby restaurants. Underground parking is right next to the hotel, and it gives direct access to the building from the parking area (driving is hard here).
The room we had was next to the cleaning cupboard. The soundproofing of the room was not great. I was woken early every morning by the sound of the cleaners banging around and talking in the cleaning closet.

The breakfast buffet had a large selection! the rooftop sun terrace offered superb views. I encountered some minor issues with the television. it was quite small.
My bathroom shower pressure could have been better.

I found the hotel staff very helpful. They promptly sent on my ring after I left it in my room. The hotel location is central and safe, within walking distance of all I needed . Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I found the hallways had no lights at night! I had to use my phone as a flashlight, inconvenient

Okay Stay. Some Issues
loud noise
I had trouble with the air conditioning. Only heating was available. Staff told me only heating was enabled due to the time of year. They offered a fan, so I had to leave the window open at night. This meant I dealt with noise from the square and kids playing. Also. I saw no effort to repair it.
