The tv channel selection was limited. I wished there were more options.

The hotel has a great location near the Skytrain. This made getting around the city easy. I found the reception staff to be friendly. They greeted me with a warm smile each time I passed by.

The check-in process was slow. There was no Bonvoy Elite desk available. I experienced a long wait. I was told the hotel was full (despite my reservation made via Marriott.com).
