i encountered issues with the in-room dining service i ordered from the 11-11pm menu the staff did not honor it since it was 10:55pm and the kitchen had already transitioned menus. the reception suggested i order from the reduced menu i felt the service could have been more accommodating at such an hotel. additionally the shower pressure was noticeably poor .

The breakfast was excellent. It had a wide ranging choice.
The receptionist seemed disdainful when there was an issue with our bill. This was off-putting. There was a £50 charge added without explanation. I felt this should have been clearer. The concierge did not acknowledge me when I needed assistance with luggage.
