The breakfast buffet was plentiful and hot. I found the quality to be very good. The central location proved amazing and I enjoyed the shower with two heads. All staff members were friendly and cute, particularly those at reception.

The room's decor seemed straight out of a movie, so artful, with a helpful fridge quietly humming. the city view from the superior king city square view felt so romantic. the room's size was comfortable. I felt enveloped in its embrace.

they secured a room without adding any pressure, despite a growing check-in line. the cleanliness of the room was perfect and the food and drink options were of high quality.
i noticed some noise early in the morning. hallway noise travelled easily with people returning from nights out, especially door slamming. it was difficult to fall back asleep afterwards, detracting from the overall hotel stay.

fantastic hotel stay

efficient staffexcellent breakfasttired decor
the staff were efficient upon check-in. i had a room on the 7th floor and it was clean. breakfast was excellent i noticed staff were meticulous in keeping tables ready and topping up food and drink. dean was great assisting with train times.
i did notice the decor looked a little tired. i appreciate it could be insignificant but it had a negative impact on my stay. facilities were slightly lacking.
