Staying at this hotel was just what we needed in Chiang Mai. The rooms were beautiful with good service, providing an enjoyable and highly recommended experience, especially for a Japanese guest. However, the reception service lacked smiles and seemed unhappy at times. The location was great, offering easy access to the vibrant Nimmanhaemindha Road area but remaining quiet at night.

The hotel had a sick design concept joint, offering clean and pleasant rooms with some of the best beds we've encountered on our travels. The service was very friendly and responsive, with helpful and service-minded staff. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to most amenities and Nimman. The dining experience had some exciting changes daily, but could be improved for variety. Overall, a value-for-money stay with great beds and service.
