the room was clean. the dining room was pleasant.
i was quite disappointed by the state of the toilets beside the bar. one cubicle was out of order and the other was filthy (it was unusable). i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard.

The staff offered really good service, and they always wore a smile. My room featured a very comfortable super king size bed. The food quality was very good, and the quantity was just right. The price also felt very reasonable.

The room was very spacious. It was also super clean and cozy with space to move around. Staff was helpful, the accommodation was good, and the restaurant menu provided options. A bus stop nearby offered convenient transport to the city center.
The door to my room was difficult to use. I learned new door handles are on order. This will improve access.

I found the staff quite helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, and the furnishings looked to be well maintained. I also particularly enjoyed the breakfast provided . All contributed positively to my time at the hotel.
The parking area was somewhat limited, occasionally making it a bit tricky to find a space close to the entrance.

The bedroom was tastefully decorated. The bed was VERY comfy. I enjoyed the cool music in the restaurant. I found the staff genuinely helpful and efficient.
