i found the location very convenient. i could easily walk to waverly station. the room was tastefully decorated and also very clean. i would stay here again for these amenities.
the hotel did not have an elevator. i had to carry my luggage up the stairs, a bit inconvenient. it could be difficult with mobility issues or heavy bags.

The location was really accessible. the building seemed beautiful. the staff helped relocate me to a lower floor. It was appreciated after my knee surgery. breakfast impressed me.
My room was very close to nightclubs. lots of noise arose at night. a double bed wasn't available. I received two singles. this arrangement was uncomfortable. the room became noisy at night too.
