The staff were very attentive. my room had a large circular bathtub. It came with bubble bath. large fluffy towels and bathrobes were available. i found the water feature in the room very fun. It was an unexpected bonus.
the room lighting wasn't great. there was only one bedside lamp. also, there was no light near the mirror by the hairdryer.

i totally loved the quirkiness of the place! it really surprised me when i walked in, such a mix of modern and vintage. the breakfast was delicious too, bacon and eggs just how i like them!
the tv remote didn't work. it meant i couldn't use the smart functions. also, i found discarded swimwear in the hot tub. it wasn't cleaned properly!

I found an unusual nice decor. We felt the ambience just fitted. The staff were helpful and showed interest in. The breakfast offer was great. I had several options for fresh meals.
The absence of an elevator made accessing upper floors a challenge with luggage. This situation is not ideal for travelers carrying heavy bags.

the staff was very cute and the hotel felt very homely. i appreciate there were little touches in my room, like snacks and drinks from the mini bar. the rooms with hot tubs look very nice.
the hotels exterior is not beautiful it did not do the interiors justice. this did not bother me much but i can see how it may affect initial impressions.

the azzurri room included a four-poster bed. my partner surprised me with a proposal here (pond from the staff helped!). the hotel staff proved helpful.
