Excellent Staffs Makes for a Return Visit

spacious room helpful staff tasty food

The hotel rooms is spacious. They are comfort and well-kept. I had a cozy retreat after a day for exploring the city. The staffs and reception are friendly. Nelly was helpful and assist me with my needs. She answered my questions well. Louise gave us recommendations about the menu. The duck dumplings was very tasty.

The duvet felt very thin. I had asked for an extra duvet from housekeeping to lay on top of the first one.

A satisfactory stay

clean room spacious room misleading photo motel appearance

The room was clean and quite spacious. Dinner was fantastic. I was impressed by the quality. THE facilities are very nice.

The photos of the front of the hotel are misleading. It looked more like a motel than a spa resort hotel from the outside. I didn't see a lift. The pool, gym and changing rooms are down steps directly ahead from the main reception.
