I stayed at this boutique hotel after arriving early from a long train journey and found it to be a wonderful old home converted into a charming place. The rooms were everything I expected but a bit dusty. The staff were professional, friendly, and very considerate. The location was a perfect balance between calmness and accessibility to nearby eateries. The dining options were good, with both continental and Sri Lankan choices, and the facilities were generous, especially the spaces for breakfast.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the Royal suite I stayed in was out of this world, the North Suite, although pretty, was quite small and located in the middle of the hotel. The bed quality was amazing, though.
