wonderful stay!
sweet gesture central location safe feeling
The staff decorated the bed with flowers, a very sweet gesture for our anniversary. Prosecco and fruit were also provided. the location was amazing, close to many attractions. I loved the central location. i safe area as a solo female traveler. The staff ensured i reached my room safely late at night.

superb location friendly staff great selection few plugs weak usb high parking cost
The location was superb!!! it made getting around so easy. the staff were friendly, and i felt very welcomed . i also appreciated the great selection for breakfast. There was something for everyone.
i found that there weren't any plugs next to the beds for phone charging, that was a real inconvenience! the usb ports were located at the opposite end of the room, and they didn't seem to have much power. parking costs were also quite high at £75 per night!!!

I stayed in a superior double room. the location was amazing. It was near piccadilly circus and buckingham palace.
the room was very dim though there were few electric sockets!
