The staff members I interacted with were helpful, so that met my expectations.
The room showed considerable wear. Stains marked the carpet, A BIG letdown. The furniture was old and worn. Drawers did not close correctly.

The location was convenient. it was close to shopping areas such as bukit bintang and china town. the security and room service staff was friendly and cute. the three-bedroom suite felt spacious. It included laundry and kitchen facilities.
the carpet felt dusty when i walked on it? though the sofa also seemed dusty.

The buffet breakfast provided a large variety of foods! it catered to different tastes. There were options such as fruit, cereal, juices, coffee, eggs cooked to order, rice, and noodles which was really good.

The breakfast was a real letdown. It was seriously overcrowded. Plus, the spread was really limited. I only saw about four main dishes. The room I got didn't match the pictures online at all. Also the reception service was slow! waiting for more than 1 hour.
