Really good Amenities and Convenient Location

The staff was helpful and polite. The lobby features a pool table and a bar. The room included everything I needed and the bed felt comfortable. I found the location excellent, with easy access to attractions.

The parking filled quickly. I tried to reserve a space beforehand, but I found that parking is handled upon arrival, which posed an issue when the car park was full .

The hotel design feels so special. A vinyl record player sits inside the room with a large balcony. Breakfast included a good variety with fresh, delicious food. Staff are polite and helpful.

The pillows in our room felt so worn out. After sleeping on them, my neck ached.

the location boasts a bus stop very close by. i loved the hotel's design. the reception area felt really lovely. i found a variety of breakfast options available (what a great way to start the day!).

i noticed my room lacked a mini fridge. that's just these basic things you'd think a hotel of this caliber would handle (it really surprised me!). also the fitness area was closed . the sauna was also unavailable.

great location quick team missing safe no tea

the location had a quick walk to the U4 line. the team provided lemon without hesitation when i asked one morning and it wasn't available.

the hotel did not have a safe in the room. i found no tea facility in the room either.

The room was really nice. It was on the top floor with a view overlooking the area. The room was super clean and well designed. We had two single duvets. No more duvet stealing!

The staff member checked us in around 23:00 and was friendly and cute. A great first impression. The team provided lemon quickly when asked for breakfast even though it wasn't available, showing attention to our needs.
