The location was central, with access to major attractions, i found the proximity to oxford street very convenient. the room was clean with daily replenishment of mineral water, which i appreciated. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. staff readily stored my luggage post-checkout. This proved helpful.

small room poor air conditioning

the location was central (i walked everywhere!).

The room was quite small, and i noticed a light in the wardrobe i could not turn off. I had to wedge something against it. the air conditioning was also subpar, and the provided fan wasn't much help.

staff was helpful and i check in early. the room was comfy and i lucky to have a window open. hotel location was good too!

hotel room was small, like, super small. i could almost touch both ends of the room standing. shower was also too small for me.

The location provided easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. My room included nice toiletries and a coffee machine, things I always appreciate. I had early check in and received a complimentary drink voucher.

The lift wasn't working and I had to use the stairs. But the staff were very helpful, good.
