breakfast had a good variety with many options available.
The bathroom needed more attention as i saw stains on the tiles. there was excessive noise from other guests during the night, disrupting my sleep. The soundproofing between rooms needs improvement. I contacted reception about this issue, but the response did not resolve the problem effectively.

our family room was super clean, i mean really super clean! the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection, everything was fresh and tasty. i especially liked that the pleasure beach passes were included with our stay, it saved us so much time and money!

The hotel provides quick access to nearby attractions, so getting to the pleasure beach was super easy. It's basically on your doorstep. the tram stop across the road makes it really convenient to explore other parts of town, too!

Breakfast was really good. they took great care of dietary needs! staff constantly replenished everything. You never had to wait. the hot food choices included bacon, sausage, eggs, and potato scones. It was such a treat!

I was so impressed that the hotel had complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. That's a really nice touch. the housekeeping staff were so friendly. They always greeted you with a smile! plus, the hotel offered a £5 refund for declining housekeeping services.

Our family had such a tender and nice stay. the family room felt especially thoughtful. The kids had their own bunk beds, each equipped with a tv and playstation, such a sweet touch. the vip entrance to pleasure beach, just steps from the hotel, made access easy (i was so relieved!).
