the location was central though the parking was expensive. the room was very spacious. beds and pillows were comfy and provided a restful sleep. staff at reception, the bar, and housekeeping were always helpful and friendly.
The air conditioning was not effective. The room felt warm.

the location proved fantastic, with access to nearby attractions. the staff demonstrated really good attentiveness, readily addressing inquiries and offering assistance. i also appreciated the excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of tasty options.
The gym had limited equipment. It only had two treadmills. i was not able to do a full workout due to the limited options. this was an inconvenience.

The hotel's location was fantastic. I found myself near many key attractions. Exploring the area was easy because transportation was readily available. The staff was friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, which I appreciated greatly.
I encountered a minor issue, the gym was somewhat small. I also found the equipment to be limited, a bit disappointing. It was difficult to complete a full workout.

Solid Stay with a Comfortable Room

The staff was quite polite and friendly. I received a free upgrade to a premium room, probably because it was fully booked. The bed was big and very comfortable. I also appreciated the river view from the room.
I encountered some issues with the bathroom and power points, specifically regarding the hairdryer. I reported these problems in the late afternoon, but they were not resolved before my return from the theater. I was moved to another room at 11:30 PM by the helpful night staff, but this should have been handled earlier.
