Guests frequently highlight the hotel's prime location, with the L1 shopping centre just around the corner and convenient access to shops and restaurants. Many appreciate the spacious and clean rooms, equipped with amenities like a refrigerator, safe, and tea/coffee making facilities; the comfortable beds also get consistent praise. While some guests have noted the air conditioning's occasional inefficiency, the hotel's proximity to a Tesco for supplies and a nearby parking garage (Qpark) are considered definite advantages, enhancing the overall experience.

Excellent Central Hotel Stay

central locationfresh croissantsconvenient experience
The location is central, very close to many restaurants and shops. The train station is also within walking distance, which helped a lot (easy access is always great). I found fresh croissants at breakfast. They were straight out of the oven. it was a very convenient experience.
The pool was a bit small.

8/10
The hotel provides access to a pool and a gym . The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area includes twenty loungers and also has a shaded section.
Rooms
10/10
The room was very clean and included a comfortable mattress and bedding. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room included a safe, along with an iron and ironing board.

The hotel restaurant has well-priced, good food, and the breakfast service starts early. The breakfast included fresh croissants and various hot options, such as pancakes (my favorite!). Tables were cleared quickly.

The location was central.
The air conditioning in the room didn't work (this is the second time it's happened at a hotel!). I received a fan, but it wasn't effective. I didn't get much sleep due to the heat.
