There were no extra plugs in the room. There was no fridge. There was no shampoo or conditioner, not checked! Bottles in the bathroom were positioned wrong over the bath

I found the staff to be lovely people. They were always willing to help with my needs. The bed was so comfortable I slept very well. The location is excellent with easy access to everything..
I observed only one chair was available for the coffee table. This seemed odd for a double room.

The breakfast was a REAL treat with many choices. The cooked breakfast tasted great and was high quality. The staff were very polite. They were also helpful, which I DEFINITELY appreciated. We found a parking space right outside, so that was super convenient!

The room was a good size. It contained everything that one needs for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows was like feathers. I appreciated the non slip bath mat and magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

breakfast was fantastic, i appreciate the good selection. i could easily request more tea and milk for my room. lucian at the exchange restaurant gave excellent service, being both attentive and knowledgeable. he.

the room included a comfortable bed and feather pillows, that ensured a good sleep. a non slip bath mat was in the bathroom, i thought this was a great safety feature. a magnifying mirror was also available, that was very useful.

The location was good for accessing the shops. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was also nice. I appreciated the comfortable bed.
There was only one chair for the coffee table. This seemed odd for a double room. I expected better bar service because there was no table service. The soundproofing is terrible, I heard music from the bar across the road.

The location was great, so central to everything. the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great. i appreciated the comfy bed. It ensured i got a good night's sleep after exploring.
the air conditioning was quite loud, even on the lowest setting, much like a vacuum cleaner next door. this noise made it difficult to fall asleep, and i wish it had been quieter.

the hotel is very close to the docks and the main city center. this positioning gave easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. i enjoyed the convenience, as i could easily walk to most destinations.
