dim lighting rusty plug
The room lighting was quite dim. The breakfast service was a bit disorganized. The fresh fruit platter was scarce, and no one replenished it unless specifically asked for. Housekeeping only replaced coffee and water when requested. They did NOT service the room otherwise. The bathroom sink plug was rusty and DID NOT keep water in the basin.

A pleasant STAY
rooms size lovely bathroom good food cheaper carpark
I enjoyed the rooms size. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast had good food cooked to order. The hotel carpark was cheaper than others nearby.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast selection seemed extensive and portions looked plentiful. The food quality looked generally very good. I liked how the breakfast was cooked to order each morning.
Service
8/10
The staff were friendly. A maid left a different towel sculpture for ME everyday. The service flowed well and felt easy. The staff response to requests were always timely.
Facilities
9/10
Parking existed onsite and felt a BONUS. Air conditioning kept the room temperate. The layout seemed convenient to navigate. The hotel showed traditional charm at many places.
