Emily at the front desk was very helpful! The rooms had a holiday, beachy resort vibe. The pool view from my room was beautiful. Several 7-Elevens were located close by. I really loved the clean and cozy atmosphere of the hotel!

The elevator was blocked by carts. Cleaners didn't speak English, so it was difficult to ask questions.

The staff offered prompt assistance with luggage storage! They gave clear directions to nearby attractions. I definitely appreciated their willingness to help with transportation arrangements. This.

the hotel offered breakfast. it was simple and tasty. i had a massage near the pool. it was honestly one of the best i've had. the pool area is so cozy. it is a green space. i really enjoyed it.

the staff did not help ease problems. they were super rude. they advertised a room. the room i got was completely different.
